CA Coastal Comm: Report If Being Denied Beach Access
The CA Constitution guarantees public access to all state beach locations.
But, whether it’s homeowners or commercial businesses, “deterring or blocking access to the beach” is an annual event here in SoCal.
It’s also a crime punishable by (up to) 8-figure fines placed against the property.
God Must Love Stupid People, He Made So Many of Them!
But will that stop the scofflaws from trying? Of course not.

With staffing cuts this year, the Coastal Commission Code Enforcement has asked the public for help “cracking down” on violators.
FYI: Use your cell phone to record violations and upload them to the CCC site. If anyone (i.e., security guard, aka “deputy no badge” LOL) also records them!
